Welcome to the YSSTORE Earn Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by YSSTORE (“we”, “us”, “our”, accessible at ysstore.in). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use the Program.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including a valid email address, phone number, and payout details (UPI ID).
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or terminate any affiliate application at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
2. How the Program Works
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link/code via your Affiliate Dashboard.
You may share this link through your own website, blog, social media, WhatsApp, email, or other legitimate marketing channels.
When a visitor clicks your referral link and completes a qualifying purchase on ysstore.in within the applicable cookie/tracking window, you will earn a commission as described below.
3. Commission Structure
The standard commission rate is 15% of the qualifying order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and any refunded or cancelled amounts), unless otherwise communicated to you in writing for specific products or campaigns.
Commission rates may vary by product category and are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will apply to future orders only, not retroactively.
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or found to be fraudulent will not qualify for commission. If a commission has already been credited for such an order, it will be deducted from your account balance.
4. Cookie Duration & Attribution
Referral tracking is valid for [30] days from the time a visitor clicks your affiliate link (as configured in the Affiliate Dashboard).
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, commission will generally be attributed to the affiliate whose link was clicked last before the purchase, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for lost commissions due to browser settings, ad blockers, cleared cookies, or technical issues beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
Minimum payout threshold: ₹[100]. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
Payments are made via UPI (Manual Payout) on a [monthly] basis, subject to verification.
Commissions are only released once the underlying order has moved past our return/refund window (approx. [7] days) to account for cancellations and returns.
You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings under Indian law. YSSTORE does not withhold TDS unless required by applicable law.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following actions will result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and possible legal action:
Self-referrals — using your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself, family members, or through accounts you control.
Spam — promoting your affiliate link through unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, forum spam, or comment spam.
Trademark/brand bidding — bidding on “YSSTORE”, “Ysstore.in”, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) without prior written permission.
Misleading claims — making false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about our products, pricing, offers, or delivery timelines.
Cookie stuffing / forced clicks — artificially generating clicks or cookie drops without genuine user interaction.
Incentivized traffic — offering cash-back, rewards, or incentives to users solely for clicking your link or making a purchase, without our written approval.
Impersonation — creating websites, social media pages, or ads that impersonate YSSTORE or suggest official affiliation beyond being an approved affiliate.
Use of bots, fake accounts, or automated traffic generation of any kind.
7. Fraud & Order Verification
We actively monitor orders and affiliate activity for signs of fraud, including fake orders, suspicious patterns, or Cash on Delivery (COD) abuse.
We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions on any order later determined to be fraudulent, fake, or non-genuine, at our sole discretion.
Repeated suspicious activity linked to an affiliate account may result in permanent removal from the Program without payout of pending commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
Your participation in the Program does not grant you any ownership rights to the YSSTORE name, logo, trademarks, or content.
You may use approved marketing materials (banners, product images, links) provided through the Affiliate Dashboard solely for the purpose of promoting YSSTORE products.
You may not modify our logo or branding, or use it in a way that implies a partnership, endorsement, or relationship beyond a standard affiliate arrangement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Affiliate Dashboard and referral links will be revoked. Any commissions earned from legitimate, verified orders prior to termination will be paid out as per the standard payment schedule, subject to the fraud review clause above.
We reserve the right to withhold final payment where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, policy violation, or unresolved disputes.
10. Limitation of Liability
YSSTORE makes no guarantee of any minimum earnings, traffic, or conversion rates through the Program.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including loss of income, business interruption, or technical failures.
The Program, dashboard, and tracking tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Material changes affecting commission rates or payment terms will be communicated to active affiliates via email where reasonably possible.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
